Megan O’Leary Clarkin

Megan O’Leary Clarkin was promoted to director of infrastructure programs in the city of Philadelphia’s Office of Transportation, Infrastructure and Sustainability in May 2023. Her responsibilities include coordination with PennDOT’s I-95 Revive project, including the highway capping project at Penn’s Landing. Similarly, her portfolio includes the highway capping project to reconnect Philadelphia’s Chinatown and Chinatown North neighborhoods, which was awarded USDOT’s Reconnecting Communities Pilot Program planning grant. She’s looking forward to helping Philadelphia successfully deliver major infrastructure investments leveraging Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding.
